He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Winchell and Ruby Winchell; and his brother Charles Winchell. He is survived by: his wife Dalene Winchell of Texarkana, Arkansas; his children, Lori Cobb of Dallas, Texas, Darren Winchell (Linda) of Benton and Chuck Winchell (Pam) of Texarkana, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Jill Deatherage (Chad), Holly Rabgo (Jason), Casey Winchell, Meagan Burgess (Andrew) and Madison Rhodes (Jared); and his sister Charlene Pynes of DeKalb, Texas.. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
