He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter J. Clement and Ruth Olsen Clement; and his siblings, Donald Clement of Oklahoma City and Elizabeth Clement Dale of Alamagordo. He is survived by: his spouse Jean Allen Clement; his children, Richard (Elizabeth) of Yantis, Allen (Darla) and Lisa Crittenden (Robert) of Texarkana; his grandchildren, Lindsey Salters (Chris), Brian Clement, Stephanie Moreland (Owen), Michael Thomas (Brooke) and Nicholas Thomas (Mallory); and his great grandchildren, Sarah, Shay Salters, Owen Moreland, Zachary, Amelia, Luke Thomas, Eloise and Ragland Thomas. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
