He is survived by: his wife Judy Philyaw of Texarkana; his daughter Amanda Philyaw Perez of Little Rock; his son-in-law Lucas Perez of Little Rock; his stepsons, Christopher Clark, Thomas Clark, Dale Wayne Clark and Brian Clark; his mother Joretta Philyaw of Texarkana; and his sisters, Denise Grey of Genoa and Rita Haworth of Texarkana. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and many other relatives.
