He was predeceased by: his wives, Patricia Wheat Waggoner and Linda Vincent Waggoner; and his grandson Ronald Banks. He is survived by: his children, Theresa (Ronnie Ditmore), Erica Banks of Texarkana, Arkansas, Lynn (Ron Collins) and Gary; his daughter-in-law Jen Waggoner of Genoa, Arkansas; his brothers, Bill Waggoner of Texarkana, Arkansas and Wayne Waggoner of Magnolia, Texas; and his grandchildren, Amber, Ray, Chelcey, Veronica, Reanna, Savannah, Raygan, Colt, Aubrey and Kolebie. He is also survived by friends and other relatives.
