He is survived by: his wife Cindy Smith Turley of Texarkana, Arkansas; his daughter Wendi; his son-in-law Kevin Knotts of Texarkana, Arkansas; his son TJ; his daughter-in-law Amanda Turley of Texarkana, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Jacob Knotts (Kailey), Savannah Langford (Kamron), Dylan Turley, Olivia Turley and Claire Turley; his sister Debra Dyer of Texarkana; and his stepmother Carol Turley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members, and special friends.
