He is survived by: his mother Lurlene Smith; his children, Christopher Smith, Justin Smith (Adrian), Dustin Smith (Jamie), April Smith (Gary) and Kayleigh Champion; his grandchildren, Tyler Smith, Justin Jr. Smith, Damien, Gunner Smith, Anna Arnold, Raylee, James Smith, Brentleigh and Oakleigh Manning; and his friend David Wardlaw.
