He was predeceased by: his parents, Theron Parker Johnson and Kathryn Margaret Podvin; his brother Terry Johnson; and his granddaughter Ella Madison May. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Johnson; his children, Sarah Johnson of Texarkana, Arkansas and Daniel; his daughter-in-law Falon Johnson of Horatio, Arkansas; his son Steven; his daughter-in-law Elizabeth Johnson of Ashdown, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Knox, Perry of Jack, J. D., Evan, Eden, Eli and Elon; and his siblings, Kathy Kostner of Scottsdale, Ken, Kathy Johnson of Texarkana, Tom, Nena Johnson of McGehee, Pete and Peggy Jones of Texarkana, Texas. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
