She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Aaron Hall and Mary Hall; her former husband Dr. Carl "Cheesie" Nelson; her sons, Carl of Tulsa and Clay of Wellington; her husband Barney Pennington; her grandchildren, Elissa, Drake, Rosie, Merrell, Connor and Lily-Beth; her niece Jill Nagle (Seth); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Birkett and Ian.
Due to COVID-19, a Graveside Service will be held this Saturday, October 3, 2020 at 1:00 PM at the Stateline Cemetery in Texarkana, AR.
The family requests that in place of flowers, donations be made to the First Methodist Church, Texarkana, AR, or to Opportunities Inc.
