He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy W. Lewis and Massalee Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Iris Murray Lewis; his stepdaughters, Kathy Webb and Sandra Dale (Danny); his grandchildren, Heather Webb, Candice Watson (Jason), Jon Webb (Kerri), Bradley Dale and Kyle Dale; his great grandchildren, Sawyer, Samuel Watson and Hallie Dale; and his cousin Charles Lewis (Carolyn).
