He is survived by: his father Roscoe Nowlin of Texarkana, Arkansas; his children, Rodney Nowlin Jr. of Texarkana Arkansas, Cassidy Nowlin of Texarkana Arkansas, Cassey Simmons of Fouke Arkansas, Cierra Nowlin of Fouke Arkansas and Layla Nowlin of Texarkana Arkansas; his grandchildren, Easton Robardey, Harper Simmons and Daisy Runion; his brother Jamie Nowlin of Texarkana Arkansas; the mother of his children Laci Nowlin of Texarkana; and his close friend Julie Schultz. He is also survived by friends and other relatives.
