He is survived by: his friend Wayne Wheat; his wife Lola Ivy Kite; his children, Ginger Kite Peterson (Brian), Cheryl Kite Naples (Keith) and Donald Kite (Jamie Moise Kite); his grandchildren, Brandon McBride, Jonathan Naples and Julianne Naples; his great grandchild Bethany McBride; his cousin Harold Kite; his close friend Jack Rymer; and also Ronald Johnson. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
