He is survived by: his children, Ashley Smith of Fort Worth, TX, Katlyn Niehaus of Oklahoma City, OK, Taylor Medvezky of West Monroe, LA and Ryan Smith of Texarkana Texas; and his siblings, Richard Smith of Texarkana, AR and Crystal Swaty of Texarkana, AR. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and numerous other, relatives and dear friends.
