He is survived by: his daughter Monica; his son-in-law Allen Davis of Texarkana, Arkansas; his sons, Mark Rutherford of Hot Springs, Arkansas and Scott Rutherford of Texarkana, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Mandy Fannin, Tony Rutherford and Chad Rutherford (Yen Rutherford); and his great grandchild Ella Fannin.
