He was predeceased by: his wife Pat Starkey; and his parents, Sam Starkey and Mora Starkey. He is survived by: his children, Linda Neal of Texarkana, Arkansas, Chuck Starkey (Kay) of Texarkana, Arkansas and Erica Timmons of Texarkana, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Kimberly Domanski, Heather Horvatin (Jared), Cody Neal, Kara Morrow, Tyler Timmons (Courtney), Anna Claire Timmons, Kandyce Estes (Buddy) and Tami Tolliver; and his sisters, Doris Scoggins (Prentice) and Martha Grigson. He is also survived by other friends and relatives.
