He is survived by: his wife Elaine Ruff-Clemmer; his children, Nicole Hon (David), Alex Clemmer (Julie), Kelly Barber, Eric Hilton (Leilani) and Dana Waltz (Justin); his sister Shelly Jones (Rodney); his brother-in-law Dale Collvins; and his grandchildren, Nicholas Hon (Arlette), Aiden, Andy, Alijah Clemmer, Bella Barber, Alana, Bryce Hilton, Axel and Zeplynn Waltz. He is also survived by numerous relatives and special friends.
In honor of his compassionate nature, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice of Texarkana in lieu of flowers.
