He was predeceased by: his parents, W. C. O'Rand and Edrie O'Rand; and his siblings, William "Bill" O'Rand, Roger O'Rand, Jerry O'Rand and Paula Roddam.
He is survived by: his wife Ramona O'Rand of Texarkana, Arkansas; his children, Ashley Endsley (Josh) of Conway, Arkansas, Jeff O'Rand (Virginia) of Nacogdoches, Larry O'Rand of Texarkana and Chris O'Rand of Texarkana, Arkansas; and his daughter-in-law Amber O'Rand of Fouke, Arkansas. He is also survived by grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
