He is survived by: his wife Karen Harrell of Texarkana, Arkansas; his sons, Jeremy (Kayla Harrell) and Justin Harrell of Texarkana, Arkansas; his daughter-in-law Brenda Harrell of Texarkana, Arkansas; his sister Linda McDonald of Texarkana, Texas; his grandchildren, Gage Jones, Makenna Jones, Angel Harrell and Jaime Harrell; his great grandchild Lydia Harrell; his niece Kim Polk; his nephew Billy McDonald; and his brother Dr. Freddie Contreras. He is also survived by friends and other relatives.
