With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patsy Ruth Livingston of Texarkana, Arkansas, who passed away on July 26, 2020 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert Watson and Esther Lee Watson; and her former husband Sidney Ross Nicholas (John Livingston). She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Nicholas of Texarkana, Sydney Westbrook (Edgar) of Texarkana, Vicki McDowell (Madison) of Texarkana and Leigh Lloyd (Mike) of El Dorado, TX.; her grandchildren, Angie Savell of Texarkana, Jennifer Edge (William) of Shreveport, LA, Joyce Ratliff (Brad) of San Antonio, TX, Tara Kirk (Justin) of Lincoln, NE, Nicholas McDowell (Heather), Ross Westbrook (Mikayla) of Texarkana, Nathan McDowell (Amanda) of Bella Vista, AR, David Westbrook (Heather) of Atlanta, GA and Elgin Gregg (Erin) of Lubbock, TX.; her brother Vernon Watson (Nancy) of Conway, AR; and her husband John Livingston. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
