With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patsy Louise Kemp of Texarkana, Arkansas, who passed away on March 31, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband William Kemp Jr.; her parents, Mildred Thompson and Pat Thompson; her siblings, Tillman and Carolyn; her brother-in-law Roy Love; her sister Inella Jewell; and her brother-in-law Wayne Mitchell.

She is survived by: her children, Toni (Jack Lemley), Marla (Tony Roberts), Stephanie (Ben House) and William; her daughter-in-law Mia Kemp; her grandchildren, Candi, Jack Jr., Kristen, Nick, TaraJane, Claudia, Nate, John-Riley, Caroline, Stephanie, Brad and Ashley; her sisters, Helen Mitchell, Barbara Graf and Deborah Williams; and her siblings-in-law, Lou Tillman and Frank Jewell. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
