He was predeceased by: his grandmother Betty Cooper. He is survived by: his parents, Doug Cooper (Sarah) of Texarkana and Sondra Melton of Hope; his siblings, John Williams of Texarkana, Raeleigh Cooper (Zach Warren) of Texarkana and Ella Williams of Doddridge, AR.; and his grandparents, David, Glynda Parker of Hope, AR, JT Cooper (Gail) of Texarkana, AR and John Dobbins (Sallye) of Texarkana, AR.. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Pinson Hospital Hospitality House, Angel Flight South Central, or Garrett Memorial Christian School.
