He was predeceased by: his brothers, Don and Duane Dugger; and his parents, Arch Wylie and Ruth Wylie. He is survived by: his wife Wilma Trammell Dugger. He is also survived by Six Grand Children, 11 Great Grand Children, many nieces and nephews, and a host of Friends, his family, and a multitude of friends.
