He was predeceased by: his father Joseph McCoulf; his brother Steven McCoulf; his sisters-in-law, Judy McCoulf and Joyce Ann Haynes; his father-in-law Douglas Haynes; his uncles, Nick, Jim Doyle, Lawrence Doyle and Gary; and his aunt Jackie.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Lee McCoulf; his mother Patricia McCoulf; his children, Cheree Miller, Billy Bowlus and Steven Bowlus; his children-in-law, Anthony Miller and Sabrina; his grandchildren, Sarah, Savannah, A. J. Miller and Logan Bowlus; his great grandchild Emile; his brother Paul McCoulf; his siblings-in-law, Christine McCoulf, Ginger Tolleson, Diana, Jimmy McAuliffe and Bill Tolleson; and his aunt Kathleen Zalesky.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Vallejo Moose Lodge 337 (337 Nebraska St, Vallejo, CA 94590).
