She is survived by: her sons, Tony (Anita Polomsky), Michael Polomsky of Texarkana, Arkansas and Chris (Gina Polomsky); and her grandchildren, Matt, Daniel, Michelle B, Melissa, Hannah, Jonathan, Michelle F, Stacy, Shane, Chris, Heather, Samantha and Makayla. She is also survived by friends and other relatives.

Memorials may be made to the Paralyzed Veterans of America or the Wounded Warriors.
