We are sad to announce that on August 16, 2020, at the age of 79, Linda Lou McDowell of Texarkana, Arkansas, born in Dallas, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William Eugene McDowell; her parents, Leonard P. Fisher and Lillie Bell Fisher of Longview; her sister Jo Beth; and her brother-in-law Johnny Sharp of Marshall, Texas..
She is survived by: her children, Abuse and Melonie; her son-in-law Doug Ramsey of Fayetteville, AR; her grandchildren, Nicholas, Heather McDowell of Texarkana, AR, Nathan and Amanda McDowell of Bella Vista, AR.; her niece Jan (Joe Massey); and her great-nephews, John and Joel Massey of Edmond, Oklahoma.. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
