Blank of Texarkana, Michael D. Blank of Texarkana and Holly D. Blank of Lancaster, Texas; and her siblings, Shren R. Green of Texarkana, Tometrice Green of Texarkana, David J. Green of Texarkana and Gloria A. Haynes of Texarkana. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews an other relatives.
