It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leona Forste of Texarkana, Arkansas, born in El Centro, California, who passed away on August 19, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Forste; her fathers, Vic Raney and Herbert Bruton; her sisters, Linda Peterson and Betty Bruton (Bernice); her children, Fred Weehunt and Victoria Eatchel; her granddaughter Leona Jones; and her great grandchild Davina Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Freida, Larry Nielsen, James, Jamie Weehunt of Texarkana, Betty, John Campos, Angela Clarida of Maricopa, Joseph, Brandi Forste, Sherry Helms of Taft, CA and Patricia Chapman of Austin, Texas; her brother Richard (Sonja Bruton); and her sister-in-law Pat Collins of Ohio.
