He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Hobson and Eva Hobson. He is survived by: his son Kenneth Ray Hobson; his daughter-in-law Christine Hobson of Texarkana, Arkansas; his brother Melvin Hobson of Texarkana, Arkansas; his nephew Bryant Alan McAdams of Texarkana; and his niece Heather Renee Nix of Holly Creek.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Texarkana Funeral Home (4801 Parkway Dr, Texarkana, AR 71854). A graveside service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Memorial Gardens Cemetery (5200 E Broad St, Texarkana, AR 71854).
