It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katy Ellen Elkins of Texarkana, Arkansas, born in Lockesburg, Arkansas, who passed away on December 18, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edna Tollett and Edgar Tollett; her husband Chris of Texarkana; and her siblings, Maxine and Bobby Joe.

She is survived by: her children, Christia Kay Bolling (Jay), Tamara Leigh Elkins, Douglas Rhea Elkins (Patricia) and Kenneth Joel Elkins; her grandchildren, Sean (Erinne), Christopher (Caitlin), Alexandria, Chloe (Cole) and JP (Mary); her great grandchildren, Anabelle and Bruce; and her brothers, Benny Wayne and Jerry Don.
