She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Coonrod and Annette Coonrod. She is survived by: her husband Forrest Jay Mauldin of Texarkana, Arkansas; her daughter Kayla Mauldin (Chris Cagle) of Texarkana, Texas; and her sisters, Debby (Jackie Kirkland) and Judy Heath of Shreveport. She is also survived by friends and other relatives.
