She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Atkison and Vera Atkison; and her brother Charles Ray Atkison. She is survived by: her husband Joseph "Joe" Eades of Texarkana, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Brennen Eades of Bonham, Shawn, Missy Atkison and Seleena Thomas of Denning, Arkansas; and her close friends, Becky Coplan, Joyce Basham and Debbie Griffin.
