It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Fredrick Turner Jr. of Texarkana, Arkansas, who passed away on June 17, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Turner, Sr. and Mary Lee Hatfield Turner; and his brothers, James Turner, Grover Newsome and Godwin Newsome.
He is survived by: his children, Bobby Joe Turner of Texarkana, Arkansas, Virginia Lee Smith of Mineral Wells, Texas and Kimberly Moore of Mineral Wells, Texas. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
