He is survived by: his spouse Helen Green of Texarkana; his children, Johnny Jr. (Tisha Green), Greg (Lakyn Green), Dennia (Alan Callaway) and Lori (Freddie Jester); and his siblings, Ronnie Green of Monticello and Dorothy Stout of Texarkana. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, five great grandchildren and a number of other relatives.
