He was predeceased by: his daughter Leslie Belk. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Belk; his daughters, Terri Barker of Texarkana and Cindy Foster (Wayne) of Maud, Texas; his grandchildren, Scott (Ashli Belk), Brittney Spriggs of Maud, Alicia (Zack Guy), Kaitlyn Barker of Texarkana, Hayle Foster of Maud and Hannah Foster of Maud, Texas; and his sister Judy Matthews of Texarkana. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
