It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Carrol Hoy of Texarkana, Arkansas, born in Monticello, Arkansas, who passed away on March 22, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his son Jay Thomas Hoy of Texarkana, AR; his sister Kathleen "Sissy" Crain of Little Rock, AR; and his nieces and nephews, Lisa Paden of Little Rock, AR, Jana Crain of San Francisco, CA, Jason Crain of Sheridan, AR and John Kyle Crain of Washington, D. C.. He is also survived by other friends, neighbors.
