It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Allen Gross of Texarkana, Arkansas, who passed away on April 24, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Gross and Ruth Gross; his brothers, Jimmy Gross and Jerry Gross; and his grandson Peyton Sims.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Gross; his daughter Jamie; his son-in-law Eric Sims of Yukon, OK; and his granddaughter Paige. He is also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, and wonderful friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in John's name to the 1212 Foundation in honor of his grandson, Peyton, First United Methodist Church, or a charity of their choice.
