He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfard James Billings and Eunice Irene Billings (Smith). He is survived by: his wife Joyce Billings; his daughter Jo Alice Harris (Brent) of West Helena; his grandsons, Aaron Michael Harris of Maumelle and Dustin Ray Harris of West Helena; his great grandchildren, Dustin, Jr., Sebastian, Emmy, Kairi and Phoenix; and his brothers, Keith Billings of Newport, Larry Billings of Tuckerman and Bobby Billings (Betty) of Germantown, Tennessee.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Jackson's Newport Funeral Home (1900 Malcolm Ave, Newport, AR 72112). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
