He is survived by: his parents, David Arnold (Sarah) and Margaret Self; and his sisters, Crystal Smith (Clint) and Ashley Perry. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Cross Pointe Baptist Church (3130 University Ave, Texarkana, TX 75503).
Jesse's legacy continues to live on through his final act of kindness, organ donation, a testament to the generosity that defined his life.
