He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Saulsbury and Thyra Saulsbury; and his brother Jimmy Wayne Saulsbury. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Saulsbury (Pat) of Texarkana, AR; his son Jeremy Saulsbury; his grandsons, Cameron Saulsbury of Texarkana, TX, Michael Ashford (Bethany) of Texarkana, TX and Jacob Ashford (Jessica) of Queen City, TX; and his brothers, Joel Saulsbury, Sr. (Cherry) of Ashdown, AR and John L. Saulsbury (Billie Sue) of Pearl, MS. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
