He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Cox; his grandparents, Cleo, M. N. Robinson (Dick), Mary Emma and A. J. Cox; and his uncle Michael Neal Robinson.
He is survived by: his mother Sandra Hackworth; his stepfather Mike Hackworth; his brother Mitchell Neal Cox; his stepbrothers, Matthew Hackworth of Texarkana and Tim Hackworth of Texarkana; his aunts, Debbie and Marilyn Cox Jones of New Boston, TX; and his uncle Ron Cowling of Texarkana. He is also survived by many cousins and close friends.
