He is survived by: his wife Cindy Rayburn of Texarkana, Arkansas; his son Jacob Allen (Rachel) of Doddridge, Arkansas; his stepchildren, David Collumns of Texarkana, Arkansas, Kellie Brown (Jeremy) of Texarkana and Bethany Gray of Little Rock, Arkansas; and his sister Emily Burnett (Walter) of Doddridge, Arkansas. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.
