He is survived by: his wife Carlotta Hays; his daughters, Chyenne Lowrie (D. Lowrie), Pachia Gates and Levie Gates; and his siblings, Gayle Price, Angela Hays and John Hays. He is also survived by several grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
