He was predeceased by: his parents, James Cush and Everetha Walker; and his siblings, Vivian Martin, Margrett Marie Cush, Willie Lee Cush and Harold Osborne.
He is survived by: his children, Jammie Cush, Jomika Dancer and Jada Cush; his granddaughter Jayliegh Evans; his siblings, Teresa Traylor (Danny), Linda Danley (Jeffery), Amanda Mack (Benie Jay), Ruth Ezell (Johnny) and Randy Osborne (Vickie); and his grandmother Altas Bea Ezell. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, friends and lots and lots of family members.
