He is survived by: his wife Jan Giles Sims of Texarkana, Arkansas; his children, Jackie Knight (Doug) of Spokane Valley, Becky McDaniel (Ron) of Texarkana, Debbie Reel (Ricky) of Texarkana, Arkansas, Duma Sims (Evelyn) and Ricky Sims (Tammy) of Texarkana, Arkansas; his stepchildren, Kristin Parker (David) of Genoa, Arkansas and Woody Giles (Liz) of Fouke, Arkansas; and his sisters, Betty Ann Brown of Texarkana, Arkansas, Faye Purifoy of Genoa, Arkansas and Shirley Duncan of Genoa, Arkansas. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; and a number of great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
