Irene Alchier Cobb Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Irene Alchier Cobb of Texarkana, Arkansas, born in Springdale, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 1, 2020 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Lysiak Alchier and Nick Alchier (W. C. Cobb); her granddaughter Dana Lorraine Cobb; her sons, Rev. James Cobb, Richard Cobb and William Cobb; her daughter-in-law Clara P. Cobb; and her siblings, Peter, Bill, Christy Alchier and Mary Allen.
She is survived by: her husband Rev. W. C. Cobb; her daughters-in-law, Kaye Cobb of Genoa, AR and Evelyn Cobb of Ellisville, MS; and her nephew Larry Cobb (Ellen). She is also survived by seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Corner Pointe Assembly of God Church, 4416 Jefferson Ave., Texarkana, Arkansas.
