He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Stone and Gletta Stone; and his siblings, Janie Gathright, Jack Stone and Pete Stone.
He is survived by: his wife Cordelia Stone of Texarkana; his son Dean; his daughters-in-law, Elizabeth Stone of Texarkana and Lydia Berkau of Tatum; his stepdaughter Rebecca Dexter of Nolensville; and his brother-in-law Jack Gathright of Hope. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
