It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gladys Wright (Texarkana, Arkansas), born in Waldron, Arkansas, who passed away on August 14, 2018, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Roger Beaty. She is survived by: her husband Robert H. Petty of Texarkana; her mother Verlon Presley of DeQueen; her daughter-in-law Teresa Wright of New Boston; her daughter Norweitta Damron of Texarkana; her son-in-law Robert Damron of Texarkana; her sister Wanda Carter of Eufaula; and also Dennis Beaty of Eureka. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; ten great grandchildren and a number of other relatives.
