He was predeceased by: his father Arlen Edson Sturdevant; and his daughter-in-law Rachel Sturdevant. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sturdevant of Texarkana, Arkansas; his mother Doris Sturdevant of Texarkana, Arkansas; his sons, Michael (Patty Sturdevant), Jon Sturdevant of Bryant, Josh (Summer Sturdevant) and James (Dee Dee Sturdevant); his sisters, Dianna Howell of Dennison, Texas, Linda Wilson of Texarkana, Arkansas and Tammy Morris of Broken Bow, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Patricia Sturdevant, Jessica Bunch, Carolyn Gauldin, David Sturdevant, Sunnilin Eaton, Kaylin Sturdevant, Blake Sturdevant and Becca Sturdevant; and his great grandchildren, Bentley Gauldin, Easton Gauldin, Oaklynn Gauldin and McKenna Smart. He is also survived by friends and other relatives.
