He is survived by: his children, Andy West (Dana) of Cabot and Bradley West (Jennifer) of Cabot; his siblings, Frank West of Texarkana and Glenda Fulks of Cabot; his grandchildren, Andrew West of Jacksonville, Lindsey Chamblee (Justin) of Jacksonville, Tessa West and Jaxtyn Guthridge of Cabot; and his great grandchildren, Kolton Fulcher of Cabot, Kendal Chamblee and Tenley Chamblee of Jacksonville.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations to be made to Alzheimer's Arkansas foundation in Fred's honor at 201 Markham Center Drive, Little Rock, Arkansas, 72205.
