He is survived by: his wife Julie Easterling; his children, Lisa Hulen (Scott), Leslie Packard (Alex) and Philip Easterling (Shavon); his grandchildren, Zach Hulen, Dakota Hulen, Kylie Easterling, Dylan Easterling, Harlie Easterling, Aubrey Packard, Benjamin Packard and Jacob Packard; and his brother-in-law Jerry Brown of Hope, AR. He is also survived by friends as a devoted husband, loving father and grandfather.
