He was predeceased by: his wife Ann O'Neal Turk. He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Turk of Fayetteville, AR and Tamara Turk of Georgetown, TX; his grandson William Turk Lachowsky of Georgetown, TX.; his brother Dr. Leslie Turk; his nieces, Dr. Kelly Hood (James) of Lafayette, CA and Meredith Robinett of Longview, TX; and his nephew Les Turk (Shara) of Little Rock, AR.
